LOBA LO500P TTRS / RS3 2.5 TFSI Upgrade Sport Turbocharger
We are proud to present the ultimate and the Original OEM+ Sport Turbocharger Upgrade for the 2.5 TFSI engine. Many now try to replicate. None get close.
We take a factory brand new OE BorgWarner turbocharger and optimize with 5-AXIS CNC machining processes to reduce back pressure, we port match the exhaust runners to maximize throughput, utilize the latest new improved more efficient V3 LO-3171 LOBA Motorsport forged billet compressor, unique in design, geometry and size. Forged billet compressor wheels are even stronger and lighter than standard billet wheels, so being a forged billet the nose and hub of the compressor wheel can be made significantly smaller to allow for a greater blade diameter for inducer size and blades can be made thinner so more efficient, creating a compressor of extreme lightness for fast response.
We also use a larger BorgWarner turbine wheel that we modify to lighten and reduce back pressure, then fit a reinforced axial bearing, after all that the whole unit including the single parts are balanced to far higher standards than OE.
The results are the very best compromise between power output, longevity and turbo response. LO500P delivers powerful, refined consistent performance, more durable unit suited for motorsport use and street.

Depending on engine management settings, engine condition and other components utilized this turbo is capable of producing more than 500 PS.
