LO550 RS4 / S4 B5 Upgrade Sport Turbochargers
We utilize a pair of brand new factory BorgWarner KO4 turbochargers and optimize with 5-Axis CNC machining. Modifying the compressor housings and inner surface for optimum flow, then 5-axis CNC modify the turbine housing to reduce exhaust gas back pressure and maximize throughput. We then fit much bigger more efficient extended tip compressors and use the largest possible turbine wheels and also clip the blades precisely to increase flow to achieve the maximum flow capacity for more mid-range and top-end power. Both compressor and turbine are balanced with precision as single parts to less than 0.05 gmm and then finally together to far higher standard over OEM. We also install LOBA reinforced axial bearings.
LO550 delivers longevity, refined consistent performance with minimal lag. A turbocharger upgrade well suited for motorsport use or street.

Depending on engine management settings, engine condition and other components utilized these turbos are capable of producing 550 PS.
