LO750 RS4 / S4 B5 Upgrade Sport Turbochargers
Introducing the LO750 turbochargers. These are currently the most powerful and technically superior RS6 based turbochargers in the LOBA stable and possibly offered anywhere. We a utilize pair of brand new factory BorgWarner KO4 RS6 turbochargers and Genuine BorgWarner KO4 RS4 compressor housings, we CNC modify both to take a larger compressors with larger intakes and turbines.
These LOBA LO750 turbochargers use LOBA 60mm CNC billet alloy intakes to the compressor housing for optimum flow of the induction air as well as perfect connection and securing of intake pipes by three Viton O-rings (max temp 250°C) and use LOBA Motorsport own unique forged billet aluminium compressor wheels. These LOBA compressors offer much greater strength and durability over cast compressors and standard billet types. LOBA Motorsport forged billet compressor wheels are 25% lighter than original used cast items and lighter than standard billet types, being a forged billet the nose and stem of the compressor wheel can be machined significantly smaller to allow for a greater blade area and diameter for inducer size, blades can be made thinner so more efficient and flowing more air then say same size billet compressor wheel. The end result is a compressor of extreme lightness for fast unmatched response and efficiency.
We 5-axis CNC machine the RS6 turbine housings and finish by hand, enlarging the inlet dia at the turbine manifold entry flange, to reduce exhaust gas back pressure, reduce turbulence and heat build up and also machine to maximize throughput of gas before the turbine to increase flow capacity, a important process often missed by competitors due to time/costs. We implement a larger BorgWarner turbine wheel that we modify to increase the mid-range and top-end power.
We precision balance the turbine wheel/shaft and compressor wheel as single parts to less than 0.05 gmm and then balanced again together to far higher standards then OE, also fit reinforced bearings for durability, these have a greater bearing contact face to withstand the high loads that would destroy a standard bearing.
LO750 Turbochargers deliver powerful, refined consistent performance with minimal lag for maybe the most powerful RS6 based units available anywhere.

Depending on engine management settings, engine condition and other components utilized these turbos are capable of producing upto 750 PS
Performance best times to date using a racelogic peformance box, S4 B5 3L, LO750 turbocharger, using 102 pump fuel, estimated weight 1450kg:
100-200 km/h = 4.5 Sec
200-250 km/h = 4.1 Sec
30-130 mph = 7.7 Sec
60-130 mph = 5.5 Sec
ATTENTION: The Compessor cover uses a 60mm Intake so custom60mm intakes needed. The turbine housings feature an RS6 C5 specific flange. They do not work with RS4 B5 specific downpipes but could be adapted.
