LO700 RS4 / S4 B5 Upgrade Sport Turbochargers
We utilize a pair of brand new factory BorgWarner KO4 RS6 turbochargers, then fit BorgWarner KO4 RS4 compressor housings and CNC modify for optimum flow and to take a larger billet compressor, these compressors offers much greater strength and durability over cast compressors. billet compressor wheels used here are upto 20% lighter than original used cast items so quicker response.
LOBA CNC 5-Axis modify the RS6 turbine housing and hand finish, enlarging the inlet dia at the turbine manifold entry flange, to reduce exhaust gas back pressure, reduce turbulence and heat build up and maximize throughput of gas before the turbine to increase flow capacity, a process often missed by competitors due to time/costs.
We fix and seal a LOBA 60mm CNC billet alloy intake to the compressor housing for optimum flow of the induction air as well as perfect connection and securing of the intake pipes by two Viton O-rings (max temp 250°C), utilize a large billet compressor of light weight. We implement the biggest possible clipped turbine wheel to increase the mid-range and top-end power.
These single parts are precision balanced to less than 0.05 gmm and then balanced again together to far higher standards then OE, and also fit reinforced bearings for the very best power output, longevity and turbo response.
LO700 turbochargers deliver powerful, refined consistent performance with minimal lag for such high power units.

Depending on engine management settings, engine condition and other components utilized these turbos are capable of producing upto 700 PS
ATTENTION: The Compessor cover uses a 60mm Intake so LOBA 60mm intakes needed or custom. The turbine housings feature an RS6 C5 specific flange. They do not work with RS4 B5 specific downpipes but could be adapted.
