LO600P RS4 / S4 B5 Upgrade Sport Turbochargers

In order to produce a pair of LOBA Motorsport upgrade LO600P turbochargers we utilize a brand new pair of factory BorgWarner KO4 RS6 turbochargers and optimize with 5-Axis CNC machine and other LOBA Chosen components.

LOBA custom fit genuine BorgWarner KO4 RS4 compressor housings, CNC modify and re-profile the inner surface for optimum flow. LO600P are fitted with larger more efficient extended tip compressors vs RS6 oem.

We 5-axis CNC machine the RS6 turbine housings and hand finish, enlarging the inlet dia at the turbine manifold entry flange, to reduce exhaust gas back pressure, reduce turbulence and heat build up and maximize throughput of gas before the turbine to increase flow capacity, a process often missed by competitors due to time/costs. We also CNC machine the RS6 housings to accept the largest possible clipped turbine wheel, to increase the mid-range and top-end power.

Both compressor and turbine are balanced as single parts to less than 0.05 gmm and then balanced together to far higher standards than OE and use a reinforced LOBA bearing for consistent motorsport durable performance. Last but not least is we modify the OEM actuator. 

LO600P are the very best compromise of balance between high power output, longevity and fast turbo response. A turbocharger upgrade well suited for motorsport use or street.
