LO530P RS4 / S4 B5 Upgrade Sport turbochargers
We utilize a pair of brand new factory BorgWarner KO4 turbochargers and optimize with 5-Axis CNC machining. Modifying the compressor housing and inner surface for optimum flow, then 5-axis CNC modify the turbine housings to reduce exhaust gas back pressure and maximize throughput. We then fit a much bigger more efficient extened tip compressors and replace the OEM turbines and use the largest possible KO4 genuine BorgWarner turbine wheels, both these single parts are then precision balanced to less than 0.05 gmm and then together, far exceeding OE quality. We also fit reinforced axial bearings for the very best compromise between power output, longevity and turbo response.
LO530P delivers powerful, refined consistent performance with great fast response. A turbocharger upgrade well suited for motorsport use or street.

Depending on engine management settings, engine condition and other components utilized these turbos are capable of producing 530+ PS.
